Now James ‘Tappy’ Wright, one of the rock star’s roadies, claims that Hendrix’s manager, Michael Jeffery, confessed to killing him. Jeffery is said to have made a drunken confession a year after the star’s death in September 1970.An ambulance crew found Hendrix’s body in the Samarkand Hotel in West London, in the room of Monika Dannemann, a girl he had known for just a few days.

Wright claims Jeffery was worried that Hendrix was preparing to find a new manager when their deal was due to end in December 1970. According to Wright, Jeffery said he went to the hotel room and stuffed Hendrix full of pills and wine.

Tennessee police said a man who was caught wearing a woman’s g-string was charged with a burgling a home.

Chief Deputy Mark Lucas said deputies caught the 42-year-old man only wearing panties in an abandoned farm house.

The officers followed his footprints from a nearby Andersonville home where a burglary had been reported.

Gavin Paros was spirited out of Britain in 1982 at the age of three by his father, Joseph, after his marriage to Avril Grube broke down.

Ms Grube, now 62, had almost given up hope of ever seeing her son again. Then her younger sister, Beryl, decided to try Googling his name.

Lo and behold Mr Paros’s Facebook profile popped up and the pair were put in touch for the first time.

Six of the studies the University of Alberta team looked at music played to babies during painful procedures such as circumcisions and heel prick tests.

One looked at the effect of music on feeding rates and the remaining two looked at the effect of music on physiology and behaviours.

Most of the trials the researchers looked at used lullabies with or without added sounds, such as heartbeats or womb noises, and one used live music - a specially composed wordless lullaby sung by a female voice and accompanied by a harp.

Other hospitals have been playing music by some of the great composers, like Mozart.

　本来であれば、アトランティスの乗員はノートブックPCを使って映画を見ることができるはずだったが、アトランティス内のノートブックPCにはビデオファイル再生のためのソフトウェアがインストールされておらず、地上からの支援で問題の解決が試みられたものの、結局、再生はできずに終わってしまった。
